If you’ve landed on this page then someone special has gifted you a photoshoot session with me as your photographer, and I’m so looking forward to capturing some stunning, lifelong memories for you. First thing’s first, let’s cover off the basics and all those boring Ts & Cs…
What is included:
Your Gift Voucher will either include the type and duration of the photoshoot session purchased on your behalf (if the session date is pre-booked) or the value of the voucher if the date and session is open to you. This could be a portrait, maternity, newborn, family, dance, engagement or other package. Every package available includes a set quantity of fully edited, high resolution digital photographs provided to you in your own personal online gallery. For example all 1.5 hour standard packages include 10 beautiful, hand edited digital images with both full resolution and web optimised (perfect for sharing to socials) file downloads available for every photo. If you have received a voucher with a monetary value, you can choose which package to put your voucher towards and whether you wish to upgrade to a larger package, or use any credit remaining towards additional images or other session upgrades.
When and where:
The when and where details of your photoshoot are 100% up to you! All travel to locations within Melbourne city and the Dandenong Ranges is built into my packages, however if you have a particular location in mind outside of this area I charge a small fee ($30 per 30 minutes travel) to cover additional travel time and costs. If your session type suits we can do the photoshoot in the comfort of your own home (newborn and family sessions for example), however I also have a whole host of beautiful, unique locations that I can offer to you as part of the pre-session consultation process. Everything from urban-scapes to dreamy mountain views, stunning beaches and majestic forests to make for a truly unforgettable experience. All gifted photoshoot sessions must be booked within 12 months of the issue date (found on your gift voucher), however the photoshoot itself can take place up to 32 months after the date of issue.

A beautiful Client wardrobe for the women and bubs, some props and accessories and all my knowledge, expertise and guidance are available to you during and leading up to your photoshoot, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, want some advice/tips, or would like to request something particular for your session. If you’re nervous that your session is booked for an outdoor location and weather may not cooperate on the day, don’t panic! I keep a close eye on the forecast the week of the session and if I believe the weather will not be conducive to an enjoyable and beautiful session, a rescheduled date will be offered to you (I reserve a select number of dates each month for this very purpose to ensure no-one misses out).
How to book:
Once you’re ready to book in your session simply send me an email and quote the unique code provided on your voucher. Let me know what date/s you’re hoping to reserve and if you have a specific location request (or if you’d like guidance) and I’ll be in touch within the following few days. My sessions usually book out several months in advance, so I would recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure we can book in your session in the desired timeframe. From there we can chat through all the details so you feel completely prepared and comfortable ahead of your photoshoot. This includes what to bring, outfit advice, location guidance, what to expect and how to make the most out of your session experience.

Gift vouchers and gifted sessions are non-refundable/exchangeable and must be booked within 12 months of the date of issue. Sessions can take place at the recipients home or an outdoor location as agreed upon by the photographer and client. Sessions booked must correlate to the session type gifted. For example, maternity sessions can include the mother-to-be and partner/additional children only. Family sessions are for immediate family members (up to 8 participants) only. Engagement sessions are for the couple only. Open sessions (which feature a $ value) may be redeemed on any specified session type offered on my website. Unless stated on your voucher, travel to locations outside of Melbourne/The Dandenong Ranges will incur a separate travel fee. If desired, a Gifted Session or voucher can be upgraded/increased by the recipient - for example a gift voucher for a Mini Newborn Session (which includes newborn portraits only) can be upgraded to a Classic or Signature Newborn Session (Newborn and family portraits) by paying the difference between package types at the time of booking. Gifted session recipients may have the option to purchase additional images if desired on top of the amount provided as part of their package. The photographer reserves the right to refuse locations if they are deemed dangerous, difficult or unsuitable for a photography session. Failure to book in a session within 12 months of the date of issue will result in the expiry of your photoshoot voucher. Please note that no-shows, reschedules or cancellations within 2 weeks of your pre-agreed upon photo session may result in the forfeiture of your gifted session.
